For families with players in U7, U8, U10, U12, or U14 who are interested in continuing their soccer journey — or exploring more competitive play beyond the Fall season, Region 20 offers two exciting opportunities: All Stars and Spring Select Teams. Below is a timeline and breakdown of each program and what to expect.

These evaluations are optional, but recommended. If your child can’t attend, strong game-day performances will still be considered.
⭐ All Star Program
- Season: December to May/June
- Who: Top-performing players from the Fall season (U10–U14)
- Selection: Coaches (Head and Assistant) are chosen first, then select from Fall-nominated players
- Structure: One All Star team per division (B10, G10, B12, G12, B14, G14)
- Practices: 2x per week in Santa Monica
- Games: Includes January All Star Tournament + Spring league (Saturdays) and 3 tournaments
- Fees: ~$350
- Note: Being nominated does not guarantee selection, this is a highly competitive selection process. Those not selected are still eligible to play on a Spring Select team
🌱 Spring Select Program
- Season: January to May/June
- Who: Players interested in continuing competitive play
- Team Structure: Multiple teams per division, including U10 & U16
- Selection: Coaches (Head and Assistant) are chosen first, then select they select from Fall players
- Selection Factors:
- Fall performance
- Playoffs
- Spring/Turkey evaluations (optional but helpful)
- Availability of volunteer coaches
- Practices: 2x per week in Santa Monica
- Games: Spring league (Saturdays) + up to 3 tournaments
- Fees: ~$350
- Note: Interest does not guarantee placement. Space is limited.
🐣 U8 & U7 Spring Development Teams (Kenneth Hahn League)
- Season: March to May
- Who: U8 and U7 players interested in continued their soccer development
- Selection: Coaches (Head and Assistant) are chosen first, then select they select from Fall players
- Games: Participate in the Kenneth Hahn Spring League in South LA on Saturdays
- Practices:
- U8: 2 practices per week in Santa Monica
- U7: 1 practice per week in Santa Monica
- Fees: ~$200 per player
- Note: These teams do not necessarily go through an evaluation selection process. Interest does not guarantee placement. Space is limited.
